Things are Looking up....Well Kind of

Well Wedneday has not been the day I hoped it would have been but it could always be worse!

* Sophie woke up early this morning with a fever. She had started wheezing the night before but did not have a fever. So off to the doctors we went...

* Sophie's doctor is treating her for RSV. Not good. She is feeling better once her Tyle*nol kicks in, but she still is feeling pretty yucky.

* Sophie's medice will help clear out her lungs.....but al*buterol is a stimulant. She will be taking it 3 times per day until the yuck is all out of her lungs. It should be interesting to see how reacts.....

* The good news is that we have insurance to pay for doctors visits and medicine (so many people don't), and any day that I can be a stay at home mommy is a good day.

Maryellen keep a close eye on her, although I know you will...RSV is nasty.

Hayden had it at 6 months and we almost lost him. We ended up in Childrens Hospital for 2 weeks.

RSV scares the crap out of me!!!

Oh man, I'm sorry she's feeling yucky. RSV is a tough one, but hopefully she'll be over it soon. Hope the neb treatments go okay and she's not too wired. My 4 nephews have been getting those sine infancy, I never noticed it bothered them much.
