Whats on your ipod??

I want...well need to get excercising again. My stress level and my weight keep on rising! I need a new playlist for my ipod, and I thought that you all were just to the people to ask to help me out. Leave me your favorite workout song or the song that just gets you moving. I will make a new playlist and post it here for everyone. I like all kinds of music I just need some suggestions to get me going!

I like country music... But I can't get myself to get on the treadmill... so I guess I need to find some other kind of music so that it will help me get on there...
I can't get motivated..
Can't wait to see all of the songs...
Have a Great Week..

Maryellen,

On my ipod:
Umbrella by Rianna (not spelled correctly)
Reason:
It makes me dance, and laugh.
I use it to get me going in the morning and I dance around my kitchen with my kiddies.
They sing it too.
:)
Good luck!
Hang in there.
Susan--Your abss friend--no longer a lurker. :)

Oh, how I need to get back to the working out too!
How about that song from the movie "Flash Dance" where she just goes nuts dancing? Don't know the name of the song, but you probably know what I'm talking about.

Two by Velvet Revolver from Contraband cd:

Loving the Aliens (Sometimes) a totally fabulous song.

and

Fall to Pieces
awesome voice of Scott Weiland, amazing, soulful guitar of the Edge.

(lyrics may look a bit of a downer when you read them, but it is a beautiful, beautiful song)

It's been a long year
Since you've been gone
I've been alone here
I've grown old
I fall to pieces, I'm falling
Fell to pieces and I'm still falling

My favorite work out tunes are songs from the Rocky movies, such as "Eye of the Tiger"....they always pump me up! I also like Michael Jackson stuff, such as "The Way you Make Me Feel"...I need to get back to the gym too, I still can't fit in any of my regular clothes and my maternity stuff is too big...I refuse to buy clothes at this size..that said, guess I will just keep wearing jogging pants!!! Love ya!

I have a workout mix on my ipod with everything from Black Eyed Peas to Garth Brooks. I have to say though, I never miss a workout without listening to Rehab by Amy Winehouse. :) Brings me back to a great vacation I had last summer! ;o)

Anythink from Lifehouse and Matchbox 20's Unwell and How Far We've Come are also HUGE favorites.
