I Surrender....
I have taken down my "Welcome" flag and replaced it with a white flag of surrender. I am home with Sophie again , she started running a fever on Monday. Chris and I split the day Tuesday and I stayed home today. She didn't have a fever and all seemed like we would all be heading back to school tomorrow. But no dice folks. Ben called he had a headache and a fever, Sophie woke from her nap with a fever of 102 degrees and puked all over the kitchen floor. So needless to say I will be wiping down door knobs etc with Cl*orox wipes and taking yet another day without pay. No sick days left between my maternity leave and sick kids.... Care to join me in my pity party, y'all are invited, I would wear a mask and gloves if I were you.....

Hope everyone gets well soon! It sounds like that nasty virus with a fever that lasts two weeks has made it's way to you. Yuck!
Bummer... that sounds like it really sucks. Hope everyone is on the mend soon.

Oh man this is the stuff that scares the patooty off of me. I'm pretty sure The Boob won't make much of a babysitter if I have no PTO accrued when Baby gets ill.

Booo Flu!!! or should I say Ewwww Flu ? :0) So sorry the chillins are feelin blue this week. Hopefully momma doesn't come down with it too. Sending healthy vibes your way!
Man, we are right there with you - no puking, but at separate 4 day intervals, all 6 of us have come down with this nasty 4-7 day sore throat, deep head congestion and fever. It feels and acts a lot like strep but it's not. And the whole 10 days before this virus, I was sick with a different one that left me wiped out. I feel for you! Feel better soon and hope you all mend quickly.
P.S. Don't you just love those cleaning wipes? I've been following my kids around with them all week :)
Oh, I feel so bad for you guys! This flu season is really such an epidemic ...how did it get so out of control?
It seems like everyone is sick this year.
